During the summer months, we invite you to visit Domaine de la Bataille, the historic Hennessy vineyard, which is usually closed to the public. Ride your electric bike along the paths of this High Environmental Value-certified estate, dedicated to continuous innovation in biodiversity protection and more sustainable viticulture.

 

You'll appreciate the richness of the vineyard and the exceptional views it offers over the Grande Champagne region.

During this exceptional visit to the heart of the vineyard, you will see how our teams work on a daily basis to carry out our experiments on this terroir which, season after season, nourishes and regenerates our ecosystem.

 

It's a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of all aspects of our House, from the vine to the bottle. 

Then, you ‘ll also discover The Faïencerie Cellars, an authentic working ageing cellar lined with oak casks hand-inscribed in chalk script, and the The “Paradis” Cellar, where some of the Maison’s oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie are stored.

 

As the highlight of your visit, we offer a guided tasting served with Petits fours. Discover the distinctive aromas of our Hennessy V.S.O.P (in cocktails) and Hennessy X.O. cognacs.  A "Picnic" option is also available upon request.
