General Terms and Conditions of Sale Use

Subject matter
These Terms and Conditions Use and Sale frame the use of soft mobility services offered by La Bulle Verte via the site www.la-bulle-verte.com and the The Bulle Verte application, in particular:
- Online booking of tourist routes,
- The rental of electric bikes (VAE),
- Access to the Bulle Verte eco-station network.
Access to the site
L’ access to the site is free. Some features require creating a user account (bike reservation).
Use of service
the user commits to:
- Do not affect the proper functioning of the site,
- Provide accurate information when booking,
- Use services in accordance with applicable laws.
Booking and payment conditions
Reservation of a service involves:
- The creation of a client account,
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
- Online payment via Stripe.
The reservation becomes firm after payment and confirmation by e-mail.
Cancellation and refund conditions
- Any cancellation made more than 7 days before the date of departure shall be reimbursed in full.
- Any cancellation made between 72 hours and 7 days prior to the departure date will result in a 50% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of departure shall not be refunded.
Booking change
Any request for change of reservation must comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and remain subject to acceptance and availability of the service concerned.
Provision of equipment
The equipment (VAE and accessories) are returned to the customer in perfect working order. The client commits to:
- Return them in the same condition at the end of the lease term,
- Respect the return times set when booking,
- Report any malfunction immediately.
Any delay in the return entails additional costs.
Security deposit
A security deposit may be requested before the equipment is made available. It will be returned at the end of the lease, subject to the availability of the lease; equipment condition. The client will also be required to provide a valid identification.
Use and responsibility
The client commits to:
- Use the material with caution and in accordance with its use,
- Observing the Traffic Code,
- Do not be under the influence of substances that alter vigilance (alcohol, drugs, medicines),
- Do not lend, sublease or modify equipment.
Wearing the helmet is highly recommended. The customer is responsible for any damage, loss or theft occurring during the lease term.
The Bulle Verte will not be held liable in the event of a dispute. temporary unavailability of the site, of the site; application or content errors. Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when booking.
Insurance
The client states that he or she is the holder of third party liability insurance covering damages incurred by the client. it could cause to third parties or leased equipment. The Bulle Verte does not offer specific insurance for damage or loss to the customer or equipment.
Return of equipment
Equipment shall be returned:
- At the place originally planned,
- In a proper operating and maintenance condition,
- With all the accessories provided.
Invoicing of damage will be based on a repair estimate or the replacement value of the equipment, less the outdated.
Routes and routes
The proposed routes are provided for information purposes and have no contractual value. They may be modified, interrupted or rendered inaccessible without notice, including for safety, weather or maintenance reasons.
The Bulle Verte will not be liable for any change, if it is made. unavailability, error or damage on or in connection with a route or point of occurrence; recommended.
Limitations and exclusions
Any technical intervention on equipment is strictly prohibited. In the event of a problem, the customer must immediately contact The Bulle Verte at the number indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the Court of Appeal of Bordeaux, unless otherwise provided by law.
Acceptance
Any reservation made on the site involves the booking; Full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
