Domaine de Cassan
Located in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, Domaine de Cassan has long been owned by the Croset family: it has been managed by the two sons of the historic founder, Paul Croset: Jean-Charles and Vincent. Today, the Domaine has been taken over by the Petitjean family, who have long worked with the Croset family.

Domaine de Cassan, nestled in the heart of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail, is a veritable showcase for vines. Carefully selected grape varieties flourish on an exceptional terroir of clay-limestone soil and hillside vines bathed in generous sunshine. Every gesture respects the ecological balance, whether in the care given to the soil or in the treatments applied.
Covering 19 hectares, our vines, aged from 4 to 40 years, are made up of 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault.
The Domaine also offers a wine tasting and sales boutique, as well as charming accommodations with swimming pools, so you can enjoy the gentle Provencal lifestyle!
