Producers of foie gras for 27 years, you will be welcomed at the Auberge Saint Fergeux by a family of passionate producers. You will be able to enjoy the farmhouse restaurant and their guest rooms in an authentic and warm atmosphere.

Located in the heart of the Marne, the Auberge Saint Fergeux is run by a family of producers, breeders, processors and restaurateurs. Only 20 minutes from Epernay and 1 hour from Reims, you can escape to this authentic farm. For the Auberge Saint-Fergeux, quality and traceability are essential, their ducks are raised in the open air and are processed in their EEC approved premises, a way of offering their products for direct sale. The inn offers a range of quality products made from poultry and fattened ducks raised on the farm.

 

Their product Rillettes de canard au Foie Gras was awarded the Bronze Medal at the Concours Général Agricole Paris 2019 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, while the same product won the Silver Medal in 2016 and 2013.

 

For a few years now, the Auberge has been offering rooms to enable you to visit the Côte des Blancs region. In this property you can ride an electric bike to discover the landscapes of the Champagne region. Escape between the vineyards and the hills of the Marne to discover the know-how of the producers and the local heritage.
