Epicurean Discovery
For five generations, Domaine Bauchet has passionately upheld the art of champagne making. In 1920, Félicien founded the vineyard on the family lands in Grauves. In the 1960s, his children — Raphaël, Gérard, and Roland — expanded the estate, turning it into one of the most important in Champagne. Today, Robin Bauchet, grandson of Roland, and Florence, daughter of Gérard, continue this legacy with both rigor and modernity. Together with Bruno Charlemagne, oenologist and winemaker, they craft elegant cuvées that remain true to the estate's identity while embracing the wider world.
Domaine Bauchet spans 34 hectares, spread across exceptional terroirs such as the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs, the Vallée de la Marne, and Bar-sur-Aube. Committed to environmental responsibility, the estate is certified High Environmental Value (HVE), practicing sustainable viticulture that respects biodiversity and minimizes ecological impact.
