Like a hectic expedition that unfolds over the pages of a travel diary, the crazy saga began in 1987 when Philippe and Christine Gervoson acquired the estate. With perseverance and patience, they, who had only been trained in the love of the land, have devoted more than thirty years of their lives to meeting a major challenge: to turn a vineyard in decline into one of the jewels of the region, a simple, accessible and warm jewel in their image.
