About
A unique and unspoilt terroir
The 315-hectare vineyard stretches along the River Arce, offering rolling landscapes where forests alternate with geometric hillsides. Here, the Kimmeridgian soil – a clay-limestone rock rich in marine fossils – gives the wines a unique identity.
The king of grape varieties: Pinot Noir, which draws remarkable finesse and structure from this terroir.
Diversity: The House also cultivates Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Blanc, an ancient and rare grape variety from Champagne, allowing it to create cuvées with varied and surprising personalities.
A commitment to the future
Joining the Bulle Verte community was an obvious choice for Chassenay d'Arce. With the support of a wine consultant, the winegrowers have been practising sustainable viticulture for many years. This collective ecological awareness is reflected in the careful management of the vines, which respects natural cycles and guarantees the sustainability of these exceptional landscapes for future generations.
